Eight retinoblastoma tumors and five medulloblastoma tumors (as 4-sample pool each Rb pool and 5-sample pool the MB pool) were whole sequenced using an Illumina Platform. A set of 13 pediatric tumors were whole sequenced using next generation sequencing. A DNA pool extracted from four retinoblastoma tumors all positive for Human Papillomavirus by PCR was whole sequenced using an Illumina Platform. A DNA pool extracted from four retinoblastoma tumors all negative for Human Papillomavirus by PCR was whole sequenced using an Illumina Platform. A DNA pool extracted from five medulloblastoma tumors was whole sequenced using an Illumina Platform.
