48 hours following behavioral testing, DSR-exposed mice of both strains demonstrated significantly reduced basal serum corticosterone concentrations, regardless of strain (A). Hippocampal expression of the GR was lower among Sub mice, due largely to the inverse effects of DSR testing upon Dom and Sub mice (B).
