Pseudovirus deep mutational scanning system mutant library of HIV Env TRO11

We used a lentiviral vector deep mutational scanning system that can measure the effects of mutations for HIV envelope (Env) function of entry into cells and neutralization by antibodies to generated deep mutational scanning libraries of HIV Env strain TRO11 that contain ~12000 unique amino acid mutations in ~180,000 barcoded variants. We mapped the effects of mutations on TRO11 Env cell entry and neutralization by several monoclonal antibodies.
