This project aims to investigate the impact of open-field warming on the rhizosphere soil microbiome of rice across different growth stages. Rhizosphere soil samples were collected from a field experiment at the Danyang Experiment Station of Nanjing Agricultural University in 2023. Samples were taken under ambient temperature and warming treatments during three key rice growth stages: the jointing stage, the heading stage, and the grain-filling stage. We performed 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing to analyze the dynamics of the soil microbial community composition and structure in response to elevated temperatures. This dataset provides valuable insights into how climate warming affects the crop rhizosphere microenvironment.
