Wind direction and speed measurements in Mullamullang Cave, Nullarbor Plain, southern Australia

The dataset contains wind direction and speed measurements from Mullamullang Cave, Nullarbor Plain, southern Australia on a 10-minute basis. Mullamullang Cave comprises more than 12 km of surveyed passages and reaches a total depth of 135 m. Anemometers were installed in a constricted passage named Southerly Buster (~400 m from the entrance), where the wind gains notable speed due to the passage geometry. Pro-D anemometer from Logic Energy Ltd. (www.windlogger.com), and a WL-21 anemometer from Scarlet Tech (https://scarlet-tech.com) were used.
