Dataset for Organizational Phase Space and Geometric Taxonomy of Dynamical Trajectory Ensembles

This dataset accompanies the preprint "Organizational Phase Space and Geometric Taxonomy of Dynamical Trajectory Ensembles" and provides all materials necessary to reproduce the reported results. The archive contains: simulation outputs for the Organizational Phase Space (OPS) framework, trajectory-based observables including Trajectory Dispersion (TD), Velocity Alignment (A), and Phase Locking Value (PLV), finite-sample robustness analyses, hold-out validation systems (including Logistic, AR(1), FitzHugh–Nagumo, van der Pol, and Rössler models), biological validation datasets and processed results, EEG validation analyses, source code, metadata, and documentation required for reproducibility. The dataset is intended to support independent verification, replication, and future extensions of the OPS framework and its geometric taxonomy of collective dynamical regimes.
