IFLA Continuing Professional Development and Workplace Learning Minutes of Business Meeting 1 held in Astana Kazakhstan on 17 August 2025. Helen Chan, Chair of the CPDWL Section welcomed standing committee and new members and provided details of the Section's participation at WLIC 2025 to include: Session 079: CPDWL & SAA – Jackpot or Jeopardy? Exploring AI and Subject Indexing; Session 095: CPDWL Open Session “Reimage Continuing Professional Development for SustAInable Futures”; Session 142: Knowledge Café—Uniting Colleagues in Building Our Future; CPDWL & M&M Coaching; Sessions 119, 184, 190, 191, 192, and 193. CPDWL's 14 working groups provided reports on their projects and events.
