Rental Registration Dashboard

The Rental Registration Power BI dashboard for Cleveland offers a centralized view of current and historical rental registrations dating back to 2015, sourced from the city's Accela system. Users can easily search for registration status, location, and ownership details at the top of the dashboard. Additional information, including registration dates, property addresses, and ownership details, is displayed in the bottom table. The Cleveland Rental Registration Ordinance requires any owner who rents or offers to rent a dwelling or rooming unit (whether year-round, seasonal, weekly, or daily) to register annually with the Department of Building & Housing.
