Defciency of Regnase-1 enhances CAR-T cell persistence and anti-tumor ability Overall design: Regnase-1 deficient CAR T cells demonstrated an enhanced anti-tumor ability in an immune-competent murine model and xenograft model of B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Characterization of the Regnase-1-deficient CAR T cells was consistent with TCF-1+ precursor exhausted cells and idenitfy Regnase-1 as a key player in CAR-T cell longevity.
