GPA characterizes gene functions and regulatory mechanisms after single-gene perturbationis, and supports the rapid searching and exploration of gene perturbations. It has collected and curated over 3,000 transcriptome profiles in human and mouse from diverse gene perturbation experiments, which involve 1,585 different perturbed genes (microRNAs, lncRNAs and protein-coding genes) across 1,170 different cell lines/tissues.
GPA可表征单基因扰动后的基因功能与调控机制,可为基因扰动相关研究提供快速检索与探索支撑。该数据集从涵盖人类与小鼠的各类基因扰动实验中,收集并人工整理注释了逾3000份转录组谱(transcriptome profiles),涉及1170种不同细胞系/组织中的1585个经扰动基因,包括微小RNA(microRNAs)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)与蛋白编码基因。
