LiverDCP: A Disease-Cell-Protein Framework for Multi-scale Modeling of Disease Biology

This repository contains the datasets, pretrained model outputs, and supporting materials for the study “LiverDCP: A Disease-Cell-Protein Framework for Multi-scale Modeling of Disease Biology.” The deposited materials are intended to support model reproduction and downstream analysis described in the associated manuscript. The uploaded files include all required resources for reproducing the LiverDCP framework, including processed single-cell RNA data from the LiverHomo atlas, the constructed Disease–Cell–Protein (DCP) metagraph, pretrained model weights, protein embeddings generated by LiverDCP and ESM, as well as training logs and related outputs.
