Distinct genome-wide alternative polyadenylation during silicon starvation response of marine diatom Thalassiosira pseudonana

This study is to reveal the dynamic change of alternative polyadenylation in the silicon response of diatoms (Thalassiosira pseudonana),the results can also be used to improve genome annotation by accurately mapping ends of transcripts.
