Characteristics of medial prefrontal cortex during retrieval of METH-associated CPP memory

To investigate the candidate molecular mechanisms underlies methamphetamine-associated CPP memory retrieval and reconsolidation, we compared the transcriptional profling changes in the mPFC between mice that underwent retrieval and non-retrieval after methamphetamine-paired CPP training. We collected mPFC tissue 1 hour post-CPP test ended in male C57BL/6 adult mice. 2-3 mice were mixed as 1 biological sample pool.
