H3K4me1in vitro ChIP-Sequencing data [H3K4me1_PA_SCC25_VDH15]

H3K4me1 profiling of OSCC cells following in vitro exposure to palmitic acid (PA) for 4 days and after 14 days of palmitic acid withdrawal. Overall design: H3K4me1 ChIPs for Untreated and post 14 days palmitic acid (PA)-treated SCC-25 and VDH-15 cells were performed in biological triplicates. The aim of this data set was to determine whether H3K4me1 displayed different ChIP profiles 14 days post PA stimulation when compared to the control Untreated condition (control pLKO.1); allowing us to characterize the long-term effects of PA stimulation in the H3K4me1 profile of our cells.
