Mice lacking melanin rich Hormone receptor will have osteoporosis, and there is MCH receptor expression on mesenchymal stem cells. In the cell experiment, we extracted bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from mice, induced osteogenic differentiation, and added MCH for comparison with the cell control. The experimental group showed an increase in important factors such as RUNX2 for osteogenic differentiation. Overall design: Mesenchymal stem cells are extracted from mouse bone marrow, purified and identified, and then induced into osteogenic differentiation, Divide into two groups and sample on the 8th day of inducing osteogenic differentiation. Osteogenic differentiation induction solution formula: complete medium (containing 10% FBS ,89% MEM and 1% penicillin-streptomycin solution). Add to 50µM ascorbic acid, 10mM ß- Glycerol phosphate and 100nM dexamethasone. Additional added to the experimental group 0.5µ M melanin concentration hormone.
