This dataset is sourced from the UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository and has been preprocessed to include only reviews that are at least 13 words in length. The dataset features include patient ID, drug name, condition, review, rating, date, useful count, review length, and labels. The dataset is divided into train, validation, and test sets, containing 122092, 30530, and 50882 samples respectively.
