129 Myotis brandtii specimens from nine European populations

129 non-related Myotis brandtii taken from nine different European populations, comprising England, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Russia (Karelia and Samara), and Switzerland. Low coverage data (~3x coverage) is provided for all, with 14 high coverage individuals. DNA is extracted largely from wing tissue, with some samples from liver. Bam files are provided, which have been mapped to the GCF_014108235.1 Myotis myotis genome.
