Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the Glioma and BIF groups were identified based on P < 0.05 and |log2 (fold change)| ≥1, among which 441 were up-regulated and 520 were down-regulated glioma tissues were collected in TRIzol reagent.UMI technology was used to label each sequence fragment with sequence tags, which minimized the interference of duplication generated by PCR amplification on the quantitative accuracy of the transcriptome. RNA sequencing reads were aligned to the mouse genome (GRCh37/hg19) using the software Hisat2 (2.0.4). Transcript abundance was quantified as fragments per kilo base of exon per million fragments mapped (FPKM). The threshold of significantly differential expression was set at P < 0.05 and |log2(fold change)| ≥1.
