Theeffectivenessofathleticstraininginhighereducationlargelydependsontheapplicationofscientificallygroundedteachingmethodologies.Hammerthrowisoneofthemosttechnicallycomplexeventsintrackandfield,requiringhighlevelsofcoordination,strength,andtechnicalprecision.However,traditionalteachingapproachesusedinuniversitiesoftenfailtoensureeffectivemasteryofhammerthrowtechnique.Thepurposeofthisstudywastodevelopandexperimentallysubstantiateanimprovedteachingmethodologyforhammerthrowtechniqueamonguniversitystudents.Theresearchemployedpedagogicalobservation,experimentalmethods,technicalperformancetesting,andstatisticalanalysis.Theresultsdemonstratedthatstudentstrainedusingtheimprovedmethodologyshowedsignificantlygreaterimprovementsintechnicalexecutionandperformanceindicatorscomparedtothosetrainedusingtraditionalmethods.Thefindingsconfirmtheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodologyanditsapplicabilityinhighereducationphysicaleducationprograms.
