CD19 expression in human brain mural cells as a target of immunotherapy-associated neurotoxicity

Single-cell RNA-sequencing data generated from mouse brain, enriched for neurovascular and CD19+ cells. Overall design: Brains from four mice were dissected. Enzymatic digestion was performed using STEMxyme I, followed by the removal of myelin debris using a sucrose gradient. Cells were blocked and stained, then sort-enriched for CD19+, CD13+, and CD31+ events. The resulting cells were captured using the 10x Genomics 5' scRNA sequencing kit.
