Comparative transcriptomic profiling of Candida auris White and Brown cells from two clinical strains (1133/P/13R and 462/P/14) and their HYR3, WOR1, and MSN4 null mutants RNA Sequencing was conducted on Candida auris White and Brown cells from two clinical strains (1133/P/13R and 462/P/14) and their HYR3, WOR1, and MSN4 null mutants. The cells were cultivated to the exponential phase in YPD at 37°C with agitation at 200rpm. Subsequently, cultures were harvested, and RNA isolation was performed, followed by the preparation of sequencing libraries for three biological replicates.
