Effect of Diet Composition on Change of Rumen Microbiome : Rumen Protozoa and Protozoa-associated Prokaryotes in vitro.

These samples were collected from two cannulated Hanwoo cows before morning feeding for obtaining as many as protozoa cells. The samples are divided into three diet groups: CON (Control), HF (High-forage), and HC (High-concentrate), and additionally categorized based on the protozoal fraction into TPF (Total protozoa fraction), EF (Entodinia fraction), and IF (Isotricha fraction).
