As a shade-loving plant, the light transmittance condition of its cultivation sheds is one of the key factors affecting its growth status. By collecting light transmittance data from various Dendrobium officinale cultivation sheds and combining with the detected polysaccharide content, this study analyzes the impact of different light transmittance levels on the growth of Dendrobium officinale, providing data support for more efficient and rational control of light transmittance in Dendrobium officinale cultivation sheds, and facilitating the formulation of corresponding light transmittance control schemes. The algorithm rules for the light transmittance condition data of Dendrobium officinale cultivation sheds are as follows: 1. Select cultivation sheds with different light transmittance rates, while controlling temperature and humidity at the same or similar conditions. 2. Detect the polysaccharide content of 3-year-old and 4-year-old Dendrobium officinale in each cultivation shed. 3. Input the data including shed light transmittance, polysaccharide content of 3-year-old Dendrobium officinale and that of 4-year-old Dendrobium officinale into SPSS software for fitting to obtain a regression model. 4. Evaluate the light transmittance conditions of each cultivation shed as "high", "moderate" or "low" based on the regression model, so as to timely adjust and select the cultivation shed with optimal light transmittance.
