Reproducibility package for:"Dynamic Balancing Free Energy: A Diagonal Policy with OU Identification and a Linear Offset Law".This archive contains minimal data & code to reproduce the OU signatures and key plots reported in the paper. Contents- OU_ident_realdata.py — minimal script (~60 lines) to compute ACF/log-ACF and estimate k- data/real_series.csv — dummy real-like time series used in Fig. 2c- figures/ — validation figures (PDF): ACF, log-ACF, transients, offset-law, and real-like checks- README_repro_bundle.txt — quick instructions and file map How to reproduce python OU_ident_realdata.py --in data/real_series.csv --dt 0.02 --col 0 # Outputs are written into ./figures/The script estimates k from the log-ACF slope (~−2k) and regenerates the ACF/log-ACF figures. Scope & notes- No human/animal experiments in this archive; data are synthetic ("real-like") for demonstration.- Upon acceptance, we will also mirror this archive on OSF and keep versions in Zenodo.
