Seasonal changes of soil microbial community of four Corylus species

Hazelnut is one of the four nuts in the world, which has high nutritional value and economic value. However, there are few studies on soil microbes of Corylus. It is of great significance to understand the composition of soil microbial community and clarify its seasonal dynamics for planting and management of Corylus. In this study, the seasonal changes of soil microbial community, the main environmental driving factors of microbial community composition and the differences of microbial composition among different Corylus species were studied by using high-throughput ITS rDNA and 16S rRNA gene Illumina sequencing.
