GC×GC-TOF-MS VOCs Dataset from Streptomyces sp. MM122 and Amycolatopsis sp. MMun171

This dataset contains GC×GC-TOF-MS data (in .cdf format) of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by Streptomyces sp. MM122 and Amycolatopsis sp. MMun171, the two different strains were cultivated in two different media : MHB and ISP2. Each strain–medium combination includes two biological replicates and three technical replicates per biological replicate. In addition to the experimental samples, pooled quality control (QC) samples were also included in the dataset. These QC samples were prepared by combining aliquots from all experimental samples and were analyzed periodically throughout the run to monitor instrument performance An accompanying Excel file provides a detailed inventory of all .cdf files, including injection dates and sample descriptions.
