Signatures of IL1b, IL6 and TNFa in immune cell-types

A complete profiling of inflammatory cytokines (IL1b, IL6 and TNFa) in 14 immune cell-types Overall design: 5-8 week old C57Bl/6J mice shipped from the Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor. Mice were injected intravenously with either a free cytokine (5ug of IL1b, IL6 or TNFa in 120uL of PBS) or PBS (120uL). At 2 hours post-injection, 1,000 cells of the 14 immune cell-types from spleen and peritoneal cavity were double-sorted in 5uL of TCL Buffer containing 1% 2-mercaptoethanol and then processed for RNA-seq.
