资源简介:

Raw hardware measurement counts, exact classical references and analysis code behind the manuscript "When the reference is not the signal: state-dependent damping and a pre-flight test for error mitigation of collective observables" (D. Leonforte, 2026). All quantum-processor data were taken on ibm_marrakesh (IBM Quantum Open Plan). No quantum hardware is needed to reproduce the analysis: every script runs on the stored counts. Contents. Raw counts of all six hardware pilot submissions and of the shallow-depth runs, each file carrying its IBM Quantum job identifier; exact sequence references for every flown circuit; transpilation records (two-qubit gate counts, routing); noiseless-simulator closure; the 24-qubit active-space operator; the two result files behind the manuscript tables; five Python scripts (operator-level renormalization estimator, matched-filter mixture estimator, false-positive correction, an independent verification path, and the circuit construction and transpilation engine). A README maps every manuscript table and equation to a file; MANIFEST.sha256 lists checksums. Reproduction. python code/fs39_odr_offline.py --selftest and --run --boot 300 reproduce the damping-consistency table exactly (fixed seed); the chi-squared values depend on the bootstrap resample count, which is stated in the manuscript. Each analysis script carries a self-test that recovers known inputs before touching measured data. Licences. Data and documentation: CC BY 4.0. Code: MIT. Source comments are partly in German; interfaces, self-tests and README are in English.
