资源简介:
To study the topology regulation of cell differentiation in situ, mesh-like flap spacers with different diameters and spacing were prepared by near-field electrostatic printing. Firstly, the structural characteristics and biocompatibility of the materials were studied. The effect of the flap shim prepared by in vivo near-field electrostatic printing technology on skin tissue was analyzed by mRNA-seq, and the related genes and proteins were detected by flow cytometry, qPCR, and Western blotting to clarify the mechanism of the topological structure on the flap. Finally, it was explored in animals. Overall design: 1. Mesh-like flap gaskets with different diameters and spacings were prepared by near-field electrostatic printing; 2. The spacer was placed under the flap, and the skin tissue was collected after 7 days of treatment. 3, transcriptome sequencing was performed to investigate the topology regulating cell differentiation in situ.
