On cattle farms, faecal egg count reduction tests were performed. Third stage larvae obtained before treatment were subjected to PCRs targeting the internal transcribed spacer 2 of strongyle nematodes and subjected to deep amplicon sequencing. Species were identified using the nemabiome database.
