Low-temperature state in strontium titanate microcrystals using in situ multireflection Bragg coherent x-ray diffraction imaging

Here we present the final crystal reconstructions, diffraction patterns, XRD data, FTIR data, and analysis scripts associated with the paper titled "Low-temperature state in strontium titanate microcrystals using in situ multireflection Bragg coherent x-ray diffraction imaging" published in Physical Review B, 111(2), 024107. Please see the READ_ME file for instructions to reproduce the results. All code was written and executed on MATLAB 2023a on Windows 11. Total size after executing the full analysis will be about 167 GB.
