Bone Marrow Hematoxylin&Eosin Dataset

This dataset contains 11 1,200x1,200 pixel images of Hematoxylin-Eosin stained human bone marrow, scanned at 40x magnification using an Aperio whole slide scanner at the Institute of Pathology, Medical University of Graz, Austria. In total, it contains 4,205 dot annotations on centers of cells or 'unknown' objects.<br>It was made publicly available as part of the MICCAI 2015 paper on cell localization:<br>P. Kainz, M.
