In the manuscript submitted to Scientific Reports, the attached files will allow Figure 5 to be manipulated.Within anvi’o, use the following command with the files to see Figure 5:anvi-interactive -d reduced_v3_matrix.txt -t reduced_v3_matrix.txt.newick -p posidonia_MAGs_metabolism1.db --manual --collection-autoload important_modulesTo manipulate Figure 5, to change the ordering, use the following:anvi-interactive -d reduced_v3_matrix.txt -t reduced_v3_matrix.txt.newick -p posidonia_MAGs_metabolism1.db --manual --collection-autoload important_modules --state-autoload ordered_by_binThis allows Figure 5 to be reproducible as well as give the reader the ability to produce individual preferences for the Figure.
