To provide a convenient and comprehensive platform for research on human hypothalamus organoids, we present the HHOD (Human Hypothalamus Organoids Database), a web-based single-cell transcriptomic database of human hypothalamus organoids. The HHOD contains data from 11 organoids, including controls, BD lithium responders (LR), BD lithium non-responders (NR), and 12 donors, totaling about 75k cells at the single-cell level. Utilizing this integrated data, we offer a visualization tool detailing cell types and gene expression profiles.
