A model-driven pipeline for measuring oxygen consumption rates in cell-laden microspheres - data

Dataset reporting the characterization of hepatic cell-laden microspheres achieved using our newly developed methodology, as referenced in the attached paper. Specifically, the dataset in this repository contains the following parameters of such hepatic microspheres: mass (mg) equivalent radius (mm) cell density (cells/m^3) cell viability (percentage of total cell number) rate of oxygen metabolism (mol/s) rate of oxygen metabolism per cell (mol/cell s) Data are pooled depending on the size of the nozzle used for their fabrication.
