Fungal and arbuscular mycorrhizal communities unique to old grasslands in a northern agricultural landscape

Data files contain environmental data of the experiment and both the fungal and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal communities.
Fungal and arbuscular communities have also its correspondant file with the taxonomic identifications and other traits.

Files containing "env" correspond to environmental data. Files containing "community" correspond to community data. Files containing "tax" correspond to taxonomic data.
Files containing "soil" correspond to soils. Files containing "root" correspond to roots.

The four datasets can be linked to each sample using the excel file "Sample_names2".
