Electrospun PAN membrane loaded with AgInP₂Se₆ nanosheets for triboelectric energy harvesting

This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the publication 'Electrospun PAN membrane loaded with AgInP₂Se₆ nanosheets for triboelectric energy harvesting'. It provides structural, morphological, and triboelectric characterization data demonstrating the incorporation of exfoliated AgInP₂Se₆ nanosheets into electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers. The work reports the first demonstration of a MIMIIIP₂X₆-based polymer composite processed into a flexible triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG). Data include XRD, EDS/EDX, SEM/TEM, confocal microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), electrical output (Voc, Isc, Qoc), humidity-sensing, and power density measurements.
