A genome assembly reconstruction for the C. albicans strain CHN1 using a hybrid approach with long Nanopore and short Illumina reads. The goal of this assembly approach was to get the longest contiguous sequences possible to the level of chromosomes which would enable comparison of short and long range variations specific to this strain.
