Head-to-head comparison of targeted transcriptome methods: HTG vs TempO-Seq

In this work this HTG Edgeseq targeted RNA-seq technology is compared with another analogous approach (TempO-Seq) in order to establish its suitability in a research molecular oncology setting. Comparison was proposed at different levels of biomarkers ranging from single mRNA to more complexes including ten to thousands of genes. Overall design: The same samples and RNA universal human controls (C1, C2 and C3) were assayed by using both approaches HTG edgeseq Human Transcriptome Panel and TempO-Seq from Biospyder.
