Secondary Library Validation Surface PrPC - Differentiated

These are the raw .fastq files from NGS runs of the custom secondary validation CRISPR/Cas9 KO library performed in differentiated CAD5 cells. They are labeled Brie_PrPC_Low or Brie_PrPC_High to indicate whether these sgRNA sequences were captured in the "PrPC Low" or "PrPC High" populations during FACS. Bioinformatic analysis was performed using the MAGeCK-VISPR and MAGeCKFlute pipelines using the paired function to compare high and low samples directly.
