The aim is to study the microbial diversity on various sites from Quebec, Canada. The samples are from drilling sites, so the microbiome found are deep underground (more than 500m from the ground for the rock samples). The BAC samples are the sequences from bacteria. The ARCH/arc samples are the sequences from archaea.
