收藏资源简介:
This study aims to analyze the implementation of business intelligence-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) in an organization's payroll system. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study as the primary method, this research enables a deep understanding of ERP implementation at organizations through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The ERP implementation at organizations, particularly in the payroll system, allows the company to manage HR data and organizational structure and provide self-service options to employees. The payroll administration process involves defining salary components, dividing payroll sessions, data entry, simulation, and payment. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of the company profile and ERP implementation, especially in payroll administration. Besides offering practical solutions for organizations, the study's findings also contribute academically, serving as a resource for similar companies to enhance operational efficiency through Business Intelligence-based ERP implementation. The limitations of this study include its focus solely on the payroll system and the limited availability of data. Therefore, future research is recommended to expand the scope to encompass all aspects of ERP implementation at organizations. Incorporating quantitative methods could also enrich the understanding for a more holistic perspective.
