ICAC Annual Report 2023-24

This annual report was presented to Parliament to meet the statutory reporting\r\nrequirements of section 45 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 2012 (SA), and the requirements of Premier and Cabinet Circular PC013 Annual Reporting.\r\n\r\nIncluded within it, is a report based on material provided by the Commissioner of Police on the number and general nature of sanctions imposed under the Police Complaints and Discipline Act 2016 (SA) as required by section 31 of that Act.\r\n\r\nThis report is verified to be accurate for the purposes of annual reporting to the Parliament of South Australia.
