We are sequencing and assembling the genomes of two zebrafish wild-isolates (CB and NA), two commonly used lab strains (AB,SAT) and Danio aesculapii (outgroup) to establish variation and identify larger regions significantly differing from the reference assembly. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
