Laccaria decolorans sp. nov.

This dataset contains the MAFFT-aligned sequence file for the newly described species Entoloma lilacinum sp. nov. The alignment includes sequences from the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and large subunit ribosomal RNA (LSU) gene regions. These sequences were generated as part of a morphological and molecular study on fungal biodiversity in Swat, Pakistan, also includes a table containing the GenBank accession numbers of the sequences used in this study.
