Following several rounds of reforms, China's banking industry has developed into a system centered on the central bank, banking regulatory authorities, policy banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions. From 2012 to 2021, the market participants in the banking sector have become increasingly diverse, and the institutional system has been gradually improved. The number of banking institutions in China has risen from 3,747 to 4,602, with a net increase of 855 institutions. Driven by the continuous growth in the number of institutions and the expanding diversity of institutional types, the financial supply capacity of the banking sector has been continuously enhanced, providing strong support for China's economic development. As a core component of China's financial industry, the banking sector exhibits distinct features in terms of human resource supply and demand compared with other industries. To support relevant academic research, CnOpenData extracted bank-focused recruitment information from datasets sourced from two online job recruitment platforms (Source B and Source E), and compiled an online recruitment dataset covering banks and their branches operating within China. This dataset includes fields such as company name, location, job position, number of vacancies, salary and benefits, language requirements, work experience, educational background, posting time and other related contents.
