"This dataset provides a comprehensive collection of kinematic, dynamic, and structural parameters for analyzing and predicting the dynamic stability of four widely used industrial robotic manipulators: ABB, FANUC, KUKA, and Universal Robots (UR5). Designed specifically to support advanced machine learning and predictive modeling, the dataset captures the complex relationships between a robot's physical configuration and its operational stability under varying external forces.The data spans configurations of up to six degrees of freedom (6-DOF) and includes critical features such as individual link lengths, link masses, joint stiffness, damping coefficients, and applied forces. The structural response is quantified through end-effector deflection. For predictive analysis, the dataset provides two primary target variables: a continuous \"Stability Score\" and a one-hot-encoded categorical variable indicating the system's stability state as \"Low,\" \"Medium,\" or \"High.\"By encompassing both heavy-duty industrial arms and lightweight collaborative robots (cobots), this dataset serves as a robust foundation for researchers and engineers working in robotic control systems, trajectory optimization, predictive maintenance, and the development of AI-driven reliability models for industrial automation."
