PULSe simulated and empirical datasets

To extract Simulated_data.tar.gz, run the following code on your terminal: tar -xvzf Simulated_data.tar.gz Once extracted, in the Simulated_data folder, this will be the folder structure: Simulated Data: CEU-CEU: Labeled: Sweep (contains simulated ms files) Unlabeled: Sweep (contains simulated ms files) Neutral (contains simulated ms files) Constant-CEU: Labeled: Sweep (contains simulated ms files) Unlabeled: Sweep (contains simulated ms files) Neutral (contains simulated ms files) To extract Empirical_Image_datasets, run the following code on your terminal: tar -xvzf Empirical_Image_datasets.tar.gz Once extracted, in the Empirical_Image_datasets folder, this will be the folder structure: Image datasets: {PopulationName}_{chromosomeNumber}.npy Genomic position files: {PopulationName}_{chromosomeNumber}_pos.txt
