Anonymized dataset for clinical trial on nurse telephone follow‑up in CVD patients

This dataset contains fully anonymized data collected as part of a randomized clinical trial evaluating the impact of nurse telephone follow‑up on psychological outcomes in patients with cardiovascular disease. The dataset includes demographic variables and DASS‑21 scores (depression, anxiety, and stress) measured before and after the intervention. No personally identifiable information is included.
