Data for: Egyptian fruit bats sleep longer in the center of the cluster

2. Two supplementary videos:
*Video S1: Bats on the periphery move more and wake their nearest neighbors. Individuals situated at the periphery of the sleep cluster move more than individuals at the center. When one bat wakes, it often disturbs the bats nearest to it.
*Video S2: Bats vie for sleeping positions. Individuals beginning to cluster engage in pre-sleep quarrel over sleeping position.
3. Code used for analysis of experiment 1 and 2 (zip):
*Experiment 1: Analyzes the 8 nights that were fully annotated - the code calls structs named proximity.mat that include bats ID, positions and bat state - asleep or not - that are encoded based on the last digit, e.g., 41 means that bat 4 was awake at the specific frame and 40 means it was a sleep.
*Experiment 2: Analyzes all of the movement (diff) matrices which contain the movement per segment for each bat and its location within the cluster (in the first column). It combines all data together into one matrix.
